Thanks to our added gender options, Backstage talent can better and more accurately express their gender identity(s); when posting your projects or searching for talent on Backstage, you will be able to broaden your talent search.
Why This Was Done
As the leading casting platform for creative talent, with millions of people in our community, we had two goals in mind-
- To allow our community to express their gender identity fully, without limitation -creating a place of complete gender inclusivity and equity.
- To encourage more diverse and inclusive casting on Backstage.
The next time you post your job on Backstage, or search our talent database, you'll be able to cast and search with more inclusivity, helping you find your next perfect talent!
