How To Contact Customer Service
To contact Backstage Customer Service through the app, tap on the Profile tab in the lower right hand side of screen.
Next, tap on the gear icon in the top left corner of the page.
Then tap the Email Us button.
You will then see a pop up contact form where you can leave your message. When emailing Backstage Customer Service, please provide the team with as much detailed information as possible regarding your issue so that they will be able to assist you in a speedy and effective manner. After you are done, tap "Send it!"
The team typically responds within 24-48 hours. If for whatever reason you don't think your message went through, you can also contact us through other methods as well!
