Getting around the Backstage Casting app for iOS is easy.
Once you've successfully downloaded and opened the app, you will be prompted to either Get Started or Log In.
If you do not have a Backstage account, you can create a brand new account and subscribe.
If you have an existing Backstage account, tap 'Log In'.
Casting Calls tab
Once you've successfully logged in, you'll land on the main Casting Calls page. This is where you'll be able to navigate through all the opportunities listed on Backstage.com. There are a lot of opportunities listed here, and more are added every day, so we provide you with a variety of controls you can use to sort these opportunities. You can change the sort order of the notices, apply search filters so you only see the results you want, and save searches that will send you notifications when an opportunity is posted that matches the types of roles you're looking for.

My Applications tab
From the Applications tab you can view any Invites, Drafts, Active (submitted) applications, and Archived (expired) applications. You also have the option to view each individual application and update it, save it, and submit it directly through the app.

To access your Messages, tap on the 'Messages' tab. From here you can respond to any of the messages you've received by casting directors and other users.

To view all Account Settings, tap on the 'Me' tab. From here you can accomplish a variety of tasks such as signing out of the app, view and edit your public profile, change your password, and contact customer support for help.
